Refund policy

30-day free returns

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Returns are free.

To be eligible, your item must be unworn and unused, in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email us at contact@virgena.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a free return shipping label and instructions.

Returns must be sent to the following address: Virgena, 37 Rue du Maréchal Foch, 78250 Meulan-en-Yvelines, France.

Items sent back without an approved return request cannot be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

2-year warranty

Every watch comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. To make a warranty claim, email us at contact@virgena.com with your order number and a short description or photo of the issue.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and, once the return is approved, place a new order.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded automatically on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may need some extra time to process and post the refund.
