Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern sales made on the Virgena online store. They apply to orders placed by consumers on the store.

Article 2 – Products

The essential characteristics of each product are presented on its product page. Please review this information before placing your order.

Article 3 – Prices

The prices that apply are those displayed on the store at the time of your order. Any additional costs, such as shipping fees, are shown before you confirm your order. Shipping to the United States is free on orders of $24 or more.

Article 4 – Orders

You select the products you wish to buy and follow the steps shown on the store to complete your order. Before final confirmation, you can review the details of your order and correct any errors. Confirming your order creates an obligation to pay.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is made using the payment methods offered on the store at the time of your order. Your order is prepared once payment has been confirmed.

Article 6 – Delivery

The estimated delivery time to the United States is shown on each product page (for example, 5–9 business days for the Virgena Grealy). Virgena also ships to other destinations available at checkout, where the applicable rates and estimated delivery times are shown. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Article 7 – Returns and right of withdrawal

You can return an item within 30 days of receiving it, free of charge, under the conditions set out in our Refund Policy. Customers in the European Union also have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the product, subject to the exceptions provided by law.

Article 8 – Warranties

Every watch comes with a 2-year Virgena warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not affect the legal warranties that apply to consumer sales under applicable law.

These Terms of Sale are governed by applicable law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence.
